Built down the block,
for our buildings.
Hey neighbor.
I'm your neighbor in the Village, and I'm on a board here too. Our property manager helps, no question. But I kept wishing I had a dashboard, a clearer picture of what's actually happening in our building week to week.
I watched too many boards on our block drown in spreadsheets and miss filings that cost real money. The co-ops on West 11th, the condos on LaGuardia, the co-ops on West 10th.
Running a $50M building in the most regulated city in the country should come with a toolkit. It doesn't. So I built one.

What it does for buildings like ours
Pre-war co-ops, brownstone condos, walk-ups with character (and quirks).
Knows our buildings
Pre-1938 brownstones, landmarked façades, oil-to-gas conversions, the rules are different and Boardly knows.
LL97 without the panic
Tracks your emissions limits, warns you before a penalty year, and keeps your retrofit paperwork in one place.
Made for small boards
Five neighbors around a kitchen table shouldn't need enterprise software. Boardly is calm, simple, and stays out of the way.
"We're a 22-unit co-op off Greenwich Avenue. Our treasurer was about to quit because of the paperwork. Boardly caught two filings we'd missed in the first month. He's still on the board."
Coffee on me.
If you're on a board in the Village and want to see if Boardly fits your building, I'll buy you a coffee at Caffe Reggio or Joe on Waverly. No pitch, just a neighbor showing another neighbor a tool.
Or just reply to the welcome email, a real person (me) reads every one.
