    • Payment processing (Stripe, etc.)
    • Email service (for sending notifications)
    • Analytics tools (aggregated data only)
    • All service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements

    When Required By Law:

    • To respond to valid legal requests (subpoenas, court orders)
    • To protect Boardly's rights and safety
    • To prevent fraud or security issues

    Your Data Rights

    • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
    • Correction: Update inaccurate information in your account settings
    • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
    • Portability: Export your documents and data
    • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (service emails may still be sent)
