Within Your Building:

Board members can access building documents and data based on their role
Residents see information you choose to share with them
Your property manager may have access if you grant it

Cloud hosting (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
Payment processing (Stripe, etc.)
Email service (for sending notifications)
Analytics tools (aggregated data only)
All service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements

When Required By Law:

To comply with legal obligations
To respond to valid legal requests (subpoenas, court orders)
To protect Boardly's rights and safety
To prevent fraud or security issues

Your Data Rights

Access: Request a copy of your personal data
Correction: Update inaccurate information in your account settings
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Portability: Export your documents and data
Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (service emails may still be sent)

After Cancellation:
