Building basics and compliance history come from NYC public datasets — HPD registrations, DOB and ECB records, and PLUTO property data. Financial and operational answers come from documents you upload, and everything else is asked directly, one question at a time. Every answer is labeled with its source so you can verify before signing.

Skip it. Unknowns are tracked as open items rather than blocking your progress. You can return later, hand the open items to your managing agent, or answer them once the right document is uploaded. Nothing is silently guessed.

If a document you uploaded conflicts with city records — or with an answer you gave earlier — Boardly flags the contradiction and asks you to confirm which is correct. The resolved answer is what gets written into the form, and the flag stays in the audit trail.

The blank form's field labels are read locally in your browser before anything is sent. Uploaded documents and answers are stored encrypted against your account and are never shared or used outside your building's workspace. This demo page itself stores nothing.

Yes. Once you create a free account (we ask roughly a third of the way in), progress saves automatically and your answers are kept permanently. After signup you return directly to the questionnaire — no onboarding flow — and any future questionnaire starts prefilled from what you've already answered.
